How do I find the correct size for me?

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, account creation is totally optional. You can checkout as a guest if that's what you prefer.

I did a mistake in my order, can I change it?

Yes, but you must contact us within 12 hours from the time your order was placed. After this period has expired, we can no longer do any changes.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can enter your email address and the order number in our order tracking page, in order to check the status of your order. 

Discounts/Offers

How can I get a discount/offer?

You can subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of the home page to receive a 10% discount. On top that, we will send you generous offers time to time, when we hold special promotions. 

How can I apply my discount code?

You can apply discount codes to your order, at the checkout page. 

Shipping

Do you charge for shipping?

We offer Free Tracked Shipping for all our products. If you want your packages to reach you quicker, you can pay for the Express Shipping option as well.

How long does shipping take?

Free shipping option takes about 7-13 days. However, this duration can be slightly varied depending on the country the order is shipped to. On the other hand, Express shipping option only takes about 3-7 days for any country. Please refer our Shipping & Delivery page for more detailed information.

I only received part of my order, where is the rest?

Since different items in your order could be shipped from different warehouses, it is not guaranteed that you will receive all the items on the same day. If some items didn't arrive in the first shipment, do not be worried, following shipments will deliver the rest of your items. You can also track each and every shipments of your order, through our order tracking page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but you must contact us within 12 hours from the time that your order was placed. After this period has expired, we can no longer cancel your order.

Can I pay via my credit/debit card?

Yes of course. You can use our 100% secure PayPal powered gateway to make your payments from any type of credit/debit card. Just proceed through the checkout process and you will be redirected to the PayPal website where you can enter your card details and make the payment. 

Do I need to have a PayPal account to buy from your store?

No. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account. However, you will be directed to the PayPal website at the end of the checkout process, as our payment gateway is handled by them. Once you are there, you can select the option to pay via your credit/debit card, if that's your preference. 

Can I pay through my PayPal account?

Yes, you can either click on the 'Buy with PayPal' button at product pages, or the PayPal Express button on the checkout page, in order to pay through your PayPal account.
