Returns and Refunds


All orders can be cancelled until they are packaged. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

The outcome will depend on the nature of your case and your preference.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

We do not issue refunds if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • you are unhappy with the product due to factors within your control (However, a replacement could be possible).

You can submit refund requests within 7 days from the day you received your package. You can do it by sending us a message on the Contact Us page.

Please note that there is a 5$ processing fee for all the refunds. This amount will be deducted from the refundable amount of your purchase.
